"Befriending the Ego" With Sarah Jean White, LMHC 4000

  • Hudson Suraya Yoga 3020 New York 207 Campbell Hall, NY, 10916 United States (map)

Let's take some time to explore the roots of the theory on Ego.

This workshop will give time for psychoeducation about ego. We will take an exploration of how all the parts of our ego show up in our yoga practice, and our daily lives. Differentiating the parts of our ego that are healthy, and the parts that come to garner our attention to build our self awareness. ALL the parts of our ego can actually be a compass to guide us towards aligning with our authenticity when we are listening with a curious and kind ear.

Class will be a level 1-2  for asana. Systematic relaxation meditation utilizing singing bowls and other sensory inputs to foster our focus.
